Terms of Trade Orders All items are made to order. Orders may be placed by email through our website or by phone: 0064 3 7625435 or 0064 21 0465 039. You will recieve confirmation of your order and total payment due including freight and other applicable charges. Freight and Tax Freight charges will be added to your invoice for delivery costs of your order. Freight cost will depend on your geographical location. All import duties and other tax levies are the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery You will be advised of approxiamate time of dispatch when we confirm your order, due to all items being made to order. Most orders ship within 15 working days of reciept of payment. Payment Payment of goods can be made by credit card, we accept Visa and Mastercard, by cheque or direct deposit into our bank account. All prices are in USD, click here for a currency converter. Returns and Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Products maybe exchanged for another product. Please add a note or email to let us know why you are returning the item. The purchaser is responsible for all freight costs incurred in returning the goods to Sleepy Hollow Furs in Greymouth, New Zealand. Sleepy Hollow Furs can not be held responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by events outside our control e.g strikes, natural events, delays by freight forwarder etc. Warranty Sleepy Hollow Furs strives to ensure that all its products are of the highest Standard.
